The Family Caregiver Support Program provides assistance to families and informal caregivers who wish to care for their loved ones at home for as long as possible.
The Rowan County Alzheimer’s Support Group meets at Trinity Oaks on the fourth Thursday of the month at 5:30 p.m.
This group is geared for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The group shares information about resources in the community, and there is a focus on caregivers sharing information with one another and providing support to each other. Meetings often feature a speaker or a program.
The group is supported by the western chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. For more information, call 704-603-2778.
Trinity at Home offers different levels of care services at reasonable hourly rates. Choose the kind of care you or your loved one needs, whether it's daily visits, weekly visits, or round-the-clock care.
