Additional Services

• Personal Care Plus: This rate applies to those who need specialized care as determined by our Registered Nurse and North Carolina State regulations. For information about our our health care services, click here.
• Overnight Care (hourly rate dependant on level of care):  Services provide care to clients who need overnight care for up to 10 hours. Clients can have up to 10 hours/night of overnight care.
• 24/7 Care: Round-the–clock care can be provided for a minimum of one week. This is available for companion or personal care clients.
• When care is needed for more than one person in the home, special pricing will be determined based on the care needs of each individual.

Exceptions and additions to the fee schedule

• All services provided on holidays (New Year’s Even, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day) are billed at time and a half the regular rate.
• Transportation needs that require a caregiver to use his or her own vehicle will incur a fee of 60¢ per mile.
• A Short Notice fee of $50 per occurrence will be charged when service is requested with less than 48-hour notification.
• The client will be charged in full for any shift that the client cancels with less than 48-hour notification (with the exception of hospitalization or death).

Medication Management

Diabetes Management

• Insulin administration
• Prefilling insulin syringes
• Blood glucose monitoring

Wound Management

Trinity at Home’s skilled nurses also provoide wound care. Skin tears and wounds need careful momitoring to ensure proper healing and prevent infection. Trinity at Home nurses are trained to provide simple and complex dressing changes and skin treatments ordered by a physican. They can treat the following:

• Skin tears
• Diabetic ulcers
• Surgical sites
• Open wounds
• Or provide skin treatments using medications.

Cleaning Services

Whether small or large, long-term or one-time use, call Trinity at Home for your additional cleaning needs. Services include the following:

• Heavy dusting
• Detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
• Precise vacuuming
• Sweeping and mopping
• Precise indoor window washing
• Assistance putting up/taking down seasonal items (seasonal decorations and organizing seasonal closets)

Transportation Services

If you need regular or occasional transportation services in town or for longer distances, Trinity at Home can help.

• Grocery trips and other errands
• Medical appointments
• Airport transport
• Other

Passengers must be able to safely ride in an average-size personal vehicle (vans with lifts not currently available). Caregiver can assist passenger(s) with getting in and out of vehicle if needed.
